Divine deterrent

I cannot help but feel that there was a missed opportunity there. 
Due to character count limitations I would have dropped the EMERGENCY FIRE EXIT and KEEP CLEAR AT ALL TIMES parts. 
Instead an OFFENDERS WILL BE CRUCIFIED would have done the job just as well, with no need for lengthy justifications.
