Bike Ride

my son carl , who lives in newcastle persuaded me and his sister , Dee-Ann to take our bikes on the train and join him on a ride to tynemouth (26 miles in all) , had a great day but was absolutely shattered on the ride back (after a pint and a nice lunch in tynemouth) . Been full of cold all last week and never got round to doing any blipping.
