My Granny had this lladro from when I was small, and I always loved her.

Earlier this year, Granny was burgled, and all her lladro stolen. I had always hoped to inherit the Fairy Godmother, so was disappointed this could not happen.

On Tuesday, after hearing she had died, I decided to try and buy a new one (she was retired in 1994, so could be tricky). Fortunately, eBay turned up a few options, and my very own Fairy Godmother arrived this morning. She stands on the highest shelf and looks over me as I sleep.
