C130-Hercules

These amazing RNZAF planes have done a fly past over most of NZ, in the last 2 days. It is a celebration of these “ workhorses” of the sky. They are 60 yrs old, are used for all sorts of rescues, regular daily trips to Antarctica. They are being retired.
I enjoyed the very low fly past at the airport, and then another loop around over the city. My poor grandson had his first day at High School, really bad timing!!!
