Corgarff Castle

A long day today, hubby and I took mother-in-law down to Aberdeen to stay with hubby's sister. A round trip of approximately 450miles, starting in pouring rain in Skye and ending in sunshine in Aberdeen, back home this evening to slightly better weather. Although it was a long day we did manage a quick trip to Costco and Tescos in Aberdeen for some shopping, what an exciting life I lead!

Our route to Aberdeen took us via Tomintoul and over the Lecht passing Corgaff Castle on the way. It looks almost surreal sitting in the landscape.
