Lane swimming and nothing but lane swimming until 10 on a Tuesday morning down at my local pool. Perfect conditions to get in there and put in a shift....before work at 12.

Coffee and pancakes and spiritual jazz at home though before heading to my place of employment. Finally getting round to listening to Sunday's vinyl purchases from Glasgow!
