I like her theme “ Something from the kitchen”.
These are two of a set of 4 dishes tiny dishes I brought back from Provence a few years ago. Unfortunately they chip easily.
I find them very useful when preparing dishes which need small amounts of spices etc.
One here contains dried Kaffir Lime Leaves.
The other one a mix of Thai fish sauce, Thai soy sauce, grated rind and juice of half a lime, and half a teaspoon of soft light brown sugar.
All to add to the Thai green chicken curry, which I am making later, for tea tonight.
