Mr. Hanky's Toilet

My husband, the plumber, loves to dress up as Mr. Hanky for Halloween. Two years ago he made this toilet for Mr. Hanky to sit in and hand out Halloween candy to trick-or-treaters while also playing his banjo! This year he wants to have it motorized so he can drive it around the neighborhood! I think he first needs to do some weeding.
