Preparations

I need to get a not-so-pleasant kind of medical examination tomorrow, and have to drink this stuff now, to get all clean inside. Most of you will have gone through the same at some point, I expect.

I found that sipping apple juice in between does help against the strange, chemical taste of the solution. 

Now I'm not going to write much more about this cold, grey and domestic day - I'd better be ready to run...
