Pond half done

Anthony came to re-do the pond last week, left it over the weekend to get more materials (to fix the waterfall) and will finish tomorrow.

I know it seems we are preparing it for the duck breeding pair to return, but we aren't!  I am sternly reminding myself they left it like this.  

I'm keen to get it established now so that it can proliferate in spring (but not with ducklings) and we can have a thriving ecosystem once again.
