Keeping Watch

Big storm all day, except for about an hour when we paid enough attention to get out for a short walk. Lots of sky drama. The sun was peeking in and out, and it was hella windy—trying to walk was like being pushed around in a cartoon. I’m trying to get back into some sort of regular exercise. Seeing a good friend in a nursing home the other day is a big motivator, but she was someone who did everything right, so I don’t really know what the lesson is. Be nice to one another and remember to breathe.
