Did a bit of shopping today. Had to get myself a new pair of trainers so I have enough time to break them in before the Shine marathon in 8 weeks. New trainers and I think I'll try another new fitness app too. I do like to try out new apps.
I'm feeling in a much more positive mood, hopefully more training will help. All those good exercising endorphins and all that!
