Wide Wednesday

Bob has set “round” as the theme this week. For my afternoon walk I walked around the sportsground which is round and enclosed by a picket fence. 

I did some cleaning this morning which was a big effort, I needed to lie down afterwards. This afternoon I filled the green bin with old alstroemeria stalks. It hurts to bend over and pick up anything from the floor or put shoes on and off. I feel I may as well do a few jobs and hurt or do nothing and hurt. 

The family came in to have showers this evening as their shower is leaking. They arrived with a thunderstorm and we had 37mm in the last 45 minutes. We were eating dinner. And to top it off I had 2 phone calls from Brother and brother in law. That livened up the evening. All back to normal now….
