Small steps

After early meetings with a couple of people about house things, I went with R to her dental appointment and finally signed on at the practice myself. Haven’t been to a dentist for many years as I haven’t had any issues, but I do need them polished.
Afterwards I took my heart monitor back to the hospital and now wait for the results to be sent through.
When we were back home I finally fixed the finial on the top of the banister, as it had come loose. I also went in the loft to look at the wiring and work out what we needed to do about it . I don’t think we have a problem with it but the insulation in the older loft needs replacing as it is full of rodent dirts and needs to be brought up to current standards. Not a job I fancy myself so messaged a company for a quote.
