A morning of Zumba which is always fun then back home after a quick shop. Later in the day before it rained I had a look at the tiny Tuesday theme and was pleased to see that the theme was ‘in the kitchen’. So a quick look around and I chose some seeds pumpkin, sunflower and sesame with allspice berries added for colour. I can’t be bothered to count the number of plant foods, seeds, spices etc l eat a week but it must be pretty high. Does it equal 30 l don’t know but do try to add a fruit, veg each week.that l wouldn’t normally have eaten.

Off to Nature group in the evening and by then it was dry and a clear sky. An enjoyable meeting.
