Circling

Although not as busy as the summer month, a little sunshine brings the visitors flocking (pardon the pun) to Bowness. And for some reason, many still insist on feeding the birds, even though it's discouraged due to the potential environmental impact (attracts rats, reduces the water quality and can facilitate the spread of avian flu). Cropped out of this picture is a man with birds sitting on his arms, attracted by the food he's offering. I prefer the view!
