just watching....

I am in Chipata at one of our Early Childhood centres!  I noticed this little lad sitting at the door - unfortunately he does not come because his Mum can't afford the fees but he lives on the church property!  I asked the Chairman of the committee if we could let him come free of charge - it seems so unfair that he just sits and watches the other kids having fun!
