Mist in the woods

Only it was quite a nice day with no mist at the time of taking photos and now its bright sun and blue skies!

Digital group today and we went out took photos and then followed this tutorial using both Lightroom and Photoshop.  I then used the Nik filters to turn it to Mono for the Mono Month Challenge. I think I may have overdone the mist!  Would love your opinions.  I'm putting the original photo in extras.
