Continuing on the bird theme from the last few days, is a Grey Wagtail.   It's been in the garden a couple of times recently but the Pied (Penny) Wagtail always scares him off.   However, today he was scared off but went further down the garden where he stopped briefly before flying off.   This was taken through the patio doors and about 12 metres away so I'm pleased with how the image has turned out.
Another beautiful and sunny 9 degrees day, so I've spent the afternoon tidying debris and last years nettles from the river bank by the willow tree and gently cutting back the Czar plum tree.
