Fungi In The Garden

Mr K kindly pointed these out to me while I was at work. Naturally I decided it was time for a quick break and took their picture. They are at the base of our little Californian Lilac. I hope that's not a bad sign as to it's health, but the little mushrooms are very sweet anyway.
