The cure

I am kyu (belt/rank in karate) testing tomorrow and wanted to do a nice mellow road ride to keep things loose but not make me too tired. 40 miles and 2600 vertical feet later, I don't think i met my goal. The GIANT glass of water, pint o' beer, and a taster should put me straight.
