Hoping for a Miracle

We needed to get some shopping so drove up to the Coop on Anson Road next door to the Miracle Café. 

Basil got a sausage and Len and I both had toasties.

Mindful of the need to capture some selfies for a once a week photography  challenge, I posed before this mirror. As you might be able to tell from the name of the café and the words on the mirror frame, it's a Christian outfit, but the staff are very pleasant and helpful. I even got a GF currant scone for afters with jam and clotted cream. Yummy.

Later on, I tried a recipe for bread using cottage cheese, eggs and rolled oats. That was rather yummy too.
