We had a family breakfast birthday party for my son-in-law this morning. My granddaughter & her husband were there and Hazel & Cora too. So lovely!
My daughter A. had made a delicious birthday cake which contained silken tofu and dark chocolate, with an oat base. Peanut Mousse Pie. It was delicious! Recipe from Two Raw Sisters. They give several alternatives for allergies etc. Photo in Extras
