A toilet!

IIn our student rental , a toilet bowl usually only lasts about 10 years before it suffers damage or becomes almost impossible to clean. So today my plumber installed the 2025 version. In these modern times it is becoming more difficult to source a traditional  toilet suitable for a 75 year old house. The new ones are so fancy and expensive. Anyway we did find the one pictured at just $151 (about £75.). Happy tenants
