Hanging out with the ladies

Headed to the beach with lady findhorn.

A wee swim to start the day, lovely fresh morning. Amazing how many ladies were about for a swim. I love the coat hooks on the wood.

Lady findhirn straight in, I followed, it was cold so I headed out and then headed for a swim. Not long and headed back and walked the chatting heads bobbing along.

Traffic jams home made time for good chat.

Breakfast and out for some shopping.

Popped to see thevallotnent bees they were foraging on the snowdrops.

Allotment visit today, greenhouse tidied out.

Coaching u8s tonight, we started captain roles tonight, the girls loved it. We did passing in diamond shape.
