I’ve been working on getting a print-ready Afghan recipe book, compiled by one of the refugee families located nearby. I’m way out of my depth, both in menus and language, but had the great pleasure of meeting the family today, and being welcomed by a feast of many of the recipes in the book ….. absolutely delicious!
