A new project

I was looking for ages for an old magazine that had a lovely cross stitch pattern in it, it was a 2014 magazine and I was keeping an eye out on Ebay for it.  I finally managed to get a copy and so I then had to get all the threads to stitch it.  I usually do kits that are all ready to gone  but found a lovely lady who runs a small business and she kitted it all up for me.  I have to say seeing so many threads is a little daunting...  It'll probably take me all year! 

Today was a bit calmer at work.  In my old role I mostly did work.  This role involves an awful lot of teams calls, talking and listening, and not a lot of time in between to get stuff done.  I enjoy it because the calls are with lots of different people and cultures and I like that, but it's quite exhausting.  Today was just one call so I managed to catch up a bit.
