Mangle

Not many will remember a mangle. This was in the auction room today. We had one next to the sink. My Mum used to put me in the large sink and I liked to turn the handle but was always told not to touch it unless supervised as I had to be careful not to get my hair caught in the mangle. I don’t think I ever did but it could have been easily done.
