Homeward Bound

Back Blip
After staying the night at Ward south of Blenheim we set off for home with a long day ahead of us. This blip is typical of the landscape in this area. Doesnt look great but a huge grape area plus cattle farming
The extra is a seal on the rocks at Kaikoura where there is huge colonies of them. It was very bright and glary so good photographs definitely not.
Visited a recently bereaved friend at Kaikoura and a 94 year old friend at Ashburton. Arrived home around 8pm. A big day of driving for my friend but she managed admirably
