Thursday: The Old And The New

Up at Kings Cross early afternoon, this was the view across to St Pancras.  I was there to meet my aunty and uncle off the train from Newcastle as they’ve come to stay for a few days, which is lovely.  They can find London a bit overwhelming so it was easier/safer to just go up and meet them.

We headed back home to meet up with K who was trying to oversee a delivery of stuff from a storage unit in Liverpool to a unit closer to us.  It’s all arrived now but it was a bit complicated at one point.  These are things that were in Karen’s mum’s house and which were put into storage when she died so the next job will be to go through it all.  We’ve kind of forgotten what’s in there there, so it should be interesting.
