Quiet Haven

Don't know if it was just a bad case of Mondayitis, but I felt like I couldn't get started this morning.

So at lunchtime, I wandered down to the harbour at Newhaven, which is a great place to stroll aimlessly around. The light was really striking - constantly shifting from bright sunshine to overcast, as if the weather could go either way.

I really like this area - we used to live nearby, in fact. There's an unbelievable amount of new housing being built round it, but it was reassuring to see the harbour is still the same.
