The Heart of the Crocus

A cold and dull day which is now getting quite windy. I can’t believe that in a day the birds managed to get through three fatballs and two feeders of sunflower hearts. I've just did housework today and wrapped a birthday present and drove to the post office to send it. Again I forgot to take a photo for blip, so this is a photo from another pot of bulbs, showing the centre of a crocus. 

I had an email from Greshams yesterday telling me that the facilities manager and the contractor will be coming round to see me about my concerns on Tuesday at 11am. Nice of them to actually check on my availability ....... NOT!  I'm actually in Ely that day with friends, so replied yesterday afternoon with the three days next week I'm currently available. I had a response late this afternoon saying he'll have to re-arrange it next week.
