I'm surprised the Herring Gull was able to keep it's balance on the Suffolk Coast Walk map board this morning.
It was bitterly cold in the strong north easterly wind but our walk along the beach was, to say the least, bracing.    Home to hot chocolate and bacon rolls soon warmed us up though. .
