Big D

My student drew this rather fetching portrait of D today. As you can see, he’s looking very happy because he’s holding his guitar.
We had a good morning baking a chocolate cake but nearly set the fire alarms off when some spilt mixture starting to burn. I managed to avoid a school evacuation by opening all the windows and flapping a tea towel unlike the deputy Head who set off the fire alarms on Tuesday by burning her toast!
