Feeling mighty relieved tonight…the two hour round trip to Edinburgh and one hour wait were definitely worthwhile! My consultant showed me the scan taken before my first tumour was removed 15+ years ago against the one from a year ago…the new tumour is tiny in comparison and since it’s taken 15 years to grow this big he reckons it would be another 15 until he’d think about surgery. Radiotherapy is an option but he didn’t think I’d benefit much from it and recommended continuing monitoring the situation annually. My mind was very much put to rest and I feel I can now just live my life without the worry constantly hanging over me. A cuppa with my two best friends from school when I got home put the rest of the world to rights and I’ve now got my favourite little man for the evening.

A bit disappointed the tulips haven’t opened so I’ve done a mono conversion to show the textures since yo saw the colours last week.
