Catch it!

An uneventful ferry trip back, largely spent in the cabin which I find a haven of peace and respite from canned music throughout the rest of the ferry, and punctuated only by a quick trip outside to catch the sunset, saw us in Aberdeen punctually at 7am. Another trip outside allowed me to photograph the moment when the ferry joins the dry land.

So we are back, we've shopped, we're just starting the washing process, and very soon there is going to be an 'all day Scottish' on the go. Since we haven't eaten properly since yesterday lunchtime, it's not before time!

I think I'm going to suffer severe Shetland withdrawal symptoms for a few days at least.
