A bit of canal

Where we walked this afternoon after a trip to the tip with garden stuff.

I made a large pot of stew which will be portioned up for the freezer which was better than what I was aiming to do which was to cut some more logs but as it was a very cold day with a bitter east wind I decided to postpone that task.
