In the jungle the mighty jungle...

After a sticky start to the week she finished it off rather fantastically in the Ashnil  camp in the Samuru National Reserve.

She messaged me on Monday morning to let me know she had been at hospital all night... Don't panic.  

She is fine - but has inherited the same internal issues as I had.  But at least in her case they have identified it and have a plan of action

Her school and her colleagues were amazing. Covered her classes, sat with her in the ER until 430 am in the morning - didn't stop her dad immediately checking for flights tho!

But she recovered and was back at her desk by Wednesday and on Thursday night boarded a plane to Kenya after classes - with the friends who had supported her.

Off the plane after an overnight flight and a long drive to the park - where they were delighted to spot this family of lions with a multitude of cubs, giraffes and elephants 

Two nights in a glorious 'tent' and off in search of more animals tomorrow 

In my world.... Had a major panic attack when the HR woman emailed and said ''lets work through this together'.  I've learned to close my computer when something like that happens.  I messaged my old good boss and explained and he replied immediately 'no you don't have too'

I'm.glad someone gets my inexplicable anxiety
