Sunday morning croissants

Ok so they don't look quite as good as the ones I made a few weeks ago under the careful supervision of the lovely people at Harts Bakery. Especially the croissants which look a little sorry for themselves. But they were made totally from scratch and tasted pretty good! More practice required though... No hardship!
