Fondant makes!

Tonight after work, we got to baking.

I baked 4 hazelnut sponges, 1 batch of hazelnut praline Swiss meringue buttercream, 1 batch of chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream, and 1 giant birthday cookie.

I’ve decorated the cookie ready for a customer and wrapped the sponges and frozen them for Theo’s cake on Sunday.

We also made these fondant wrestling belts, one for Theo’s Sunday cake and one for his birthday cake, I painted the gold and then assembled all the parts and a quick squirt of glitter finished them off xx
