Castor sugar

Back to physio today and once again, he battered me. It might take a day or two for it to be felt as an improvement, so that'll make it worth it.

Apart from that, it was another nippy, clear, day, makes me think about getting some 9 deg temps and some rain, but then I wouldn't have views like this would I?

I went down a few Youtube rabbit holes today which I thoroughly enjoyed even if some of them did bring a tear to my eye.
