Thunder shirt (HELP)

Ash in his make do and mend thunder shirt.... who needs to pay 40 pound or more, not me this works just fine. I'm still concerned about him we walk him and hes fine we come back and he shakes.... Normally when he shakes it because of thunder or fire works and of course he wont leave the house but for the past 5 days now he has been shaking and pacing but wants to go on his walks and enjoys them but as soon as he comes home it all starts again :( im thinking maybe a neighbour has one of those plugins that send of a high pitch noise to deter spiders maybe that could be bother him if it is that. Im wracking my brains help advice much appreciated Im pretty up on dogs but im lost :(
