Last nights playtime - Water

… having fun with layers in Procreate and in extra, the actual image I took yesterday was my walking stick having a rest.

My son came to join me for the telephone appointment with Carolyn my P nurse.

Talking about what’s been happening has become very emotional for me and I was working up to this one, so I was very anxious.  Whereas I can type this now, when I’m here on my own, while feeling only a moderate level of anxiety.  Cos I don’t have to talk about it.

It was a positive conversation that went on for an adequate amount of time  and I felt it got me to a place where I felt ready to agree to the suggestions made. Carolyn was sharing the long term implications of what might happen if I changed medication.  She did have a tip that some people eat a few plain biscuits when they take their meds and this seems to be working for me, so far, so good, but I’m only looking back one day.
