Saturday 8th February 2025... No parkrun today...

I'm away at the Moreton Bay Road Runners - Training Camp  weekend away...
The other were up at 3:45am and out the door at 4:15am for a 5:00am track session...
I stayed behind because I'd had a shocking night with my leg... After breakfast  we had multiple  lectures  and workshops... A stand out was a strength and conditioning session... I spent some time this afternoon amongst the trees   reading...
