Joti's first ride!

What an amazing day!

Kaz took Spence in the running pram for a 7km run to Happy Valley at 7.30 this morning! Joti and I met them there at 8.30 once they had got there! We played at the Pirate Park for a while then went down to the beach where Spence went in the water completely and Joti only tested it then came up the sand and sat with me building sand castles! Kaz and Spence went exploring in the rock pools but didn't find anything!

We left the beach and were home by 10.30, had a rest while Joti slept then went and got fish n chips and ate them at Golden Beach at another park! We stayed there for a while then came home and Joti had her first ride on the back of the bike! She lived it for a bit then got sick of it!

Spence and I then rode our bikes to the park three houses away while Kaz and Joti walked! We played at the park for a while then came home. The girl from next door came over and Spence had a great time playing with her until it was tea time!

We had a fantastic action packed day in the beautiful weather! I just love living up here! It's the middle of winter and here we are swimming in the ocean, out all day in the sunshine and 22 degree weather with blues skies and no clouds!
