Huston, We Have A Problem...
My third ever blip was of a new graphics card I was installing. Last evening it died. You can see in the image that three capacitors blew. I heard them blow too. It was a very loud BANG!
Funnily the card did not fail straight away and there was no smell of burnt electrics either. However, about an hour or two later I got some weird screen corruption and then twenty minutes later my screen went completely crazy, followed soon after by the blue screen of death (this being a PC). Rebooting did not fix the problem so I unplugged the computer and looked inside. Everything seemed fine till I examined the GFX card and saw the blown components.
Seeing as I had blipped its beginning, I thought I might as well blip its end.
C'est la vie.
