Scruffy

There seems to be an increasing trend of dogs bring taken everywhere by their owners these days. I'm not sure how much fun this little one was having in the noisy coffee shop we were in. Others interrupted conversations with whining and yapping. Surely there must be better way to facilitate happier coexistance between dog owners with those of less adoring of uninvited canines? (granted that this one was cute and well behaved apart from standing in a walkway and almost tripping up 3 people...)
