Brief stop

Went Avranches Biocoop - not as good as Dol and much less helpful staff!
On way home very tired so stopped for break.. I had no lunch!
Tonight made mushroom risotto but became very unbalanced and almost fell a few times. Took a while to find salt pills and eventually was able to take some!
