A home day. Very nice.

Village coffee morning, with some very good bacon rolls! Eldest had two! 

Home. Lunch, then out into the garden. I have finally managed to make a flower bed out of what was once a flower bed, ivy cleared and a whole host of bulbs coming up, tp be joined by a whole host more that I planted today. 

Eldest and husband worked wonders cutting down foliage that was incredibly overgrown.

Pizza and snakes & ladders this evening. Eldest won in 3 rolls of the dice!! We decided he would start again after than amazing fluke, rest of the game took 45 mins, love that game for all the lessons it teaches - including sending the eldest down a snake when he tried - and failed- to cheat
