She's telling me that! Because she's waiting for a few peanuts that I share with her when I feed the badgers before I go to bed!

I had 2 (actually 3!) new clients today. A morning session and a double booked afternoon session. I was absolutely mortified when the 2nd family turned up for their mother's birthday present! I have no idea how I missed putting them in my dairy when they had when paid a deposit!! I just wanted the ground to swallow me up! I offered them a refund on their deposit and a free session if they chose to come back. I keep a paper diary. I'm wondering if I should go electronic!
